Injury prone

Wanted to congratulate myself today on lasting a day without meat .
then i remembered breakfast . damn .

i know i haven't been going for njd since forever , due to schedule and other activities but mostly i'm lazy . another quite valid reason is i'm super prone to injuries and my injuries take forever to heal ... like the muscle tear on my leg which really takes forever forever . i think its healed now but i worry it's a long term reoccurring matter . recently i've suddenly (idk how it happened) stretched my lower back and it hurts when i bend/sit/try to get up from bed . makes me feel old damnit .

swimming on sunday (with jacuzzi) and arcade bball/jubeat on monday wasnt tedious and i felt fine until monday night wtf . is it bad posture ? oh well . i hope my back heals soon because i have to kick football next week . and oh it'd be good if i don't have monthly inconvenience as well .

right . wonder if it's a good idea to sign up for dance classes if i'm so injury prone .

update: back is 80% better now . slight discomfort only . i managed to make a mess when painting my nails again today . dropped the bottle of nail polish on the floor luckily enough it was surprisingly easy to clean . i have cute pastel green nails ! (if you pardon the lousy paint job)

leave me to my own thoughts and after i sort them out i always feel like blogging . philosophically . at the moment though i prefer to sleep so maybe i'll type the musings next time .

& to give myself some inspiration for tmr (since i seldom spend time on him lately) :
