Gonna blog about my new buys and getaway plans !

accompanied jamie shopping for formal wear on sun and merl clothes shopping thereafter . tried a heck load of clothes myself but didn't get any (although i was tempted by the too short adidas jacket, top and denim from dorothy perkins as well as dress from shana)

since our plan was to shop and then ddr , casual clothes day ~

i'm age/occupation conscious when i dress casually since i don't look my age . when i dress nicer i guess it helps a little so sometimes it's worrying for me if i meet customers face to face . i've since remedied this by dressing not too casually on saturdays but it's such a pain D:
(ok not so much but it limits my choice of clothes)

i like them though so maybe next time .
and i would use this kind of combination for my everyday wear too if i have slim arms and legs :p
but i don't so too bad :(

another mainnnn reason why i didn't get any of the above is because i need to limit my spendings .
because i got another item on my wishlist which is :
 ignore the weird face .
 so yup that's all about my new buys/kiv items .


about my getaway plans , i'm keen to go overseas this year cos i've gotta $500 budget to spend . spent my previous benefits on this laptop that i'm using right now , and it's sweet . i don't think i need anymore gadgets (since i can't use the benefit on a camera *sigh*)

and it's good to go overseas anyway i think . couple of reasons why i never travelled before is that:
i prefer to own things & money- (1) & (2) meaning that i rather spend what i have on things i can own , but this problem is taken care of cos i got a $500 subsidy .
worry- (3) strange as it sounds i don't worry about my parents so much (but still do) because they can take care of themselves . i mostly worry about my dog who is already rather old . i'm afraid that when i come back home he won't be there to greet me anymore , which incidentally is the one thing i look forward to the most when i come back home from camps/stayovers etc.
i can imagine myself feeling the same way in future so if you have intentions of bringing me overseas often , you better convince me i shouldn't keep a dog . or perhaps to keep a cat since cats seem more independent .
but yeah .

reasons why i feel going overseas is good:
i find going to beaches/hot springs relaxing and shopping/sightseeing exciting . but since i'm going , need to do some researching which is troublesome . my parents seem to think that going in a big group is safe and small is more dangerous . personally i think it's ok? depends on your luck i suppose .

overseas plans also don't seem to work out so well unless you are with people that are super eager . i believe  me , jamie , rini , alvin , jj , joel and chi shan have a phuket and taiwan trip somewhere in future (?) for my colleagues there is a taiwan trip and one day stayover at pula ubin sometime in future too . but most likely im going with merl on a 4d3n trip to a near country in aug . (although i think 3d2n sounds better but merl says it's not enough)

(since i'm not the super eager one , need to have a super eager one to make me agree)
 as it's still in progress i'll update you on that soon too .
